SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS and should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Express shipping is available at an additional cost and should be arriving within five business days.

* exceptions are as follows unforeseen weather, conditions, Customer informational errors, delivery source delays.

NDM Luxury Jewelry will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items, you will be provided a tracking number for all orders. Orders over $2500 will require a signature so please send to an actual address where there is someone who can sign for the package. You will also receive an email indicating when your package is sent. Please be sure that all names and addresses are accurate for shipping.

We ship anywhere in the U.S. including (Hawaii Alaska and Puerto Rico). We also ship to PO boxes and military addresses (APO).

Return & Exchange Policy

DON’T LOVE IT?

We will exchange it for another item of equal or greater amount (once the item has been carefully inspected by our jeweler this can take 5-10 days from the time the item has been returned). We also offer site credit.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds at this time. A full description of all items purchased are provided for you prior to purchase. 

*Items that have been resized are not able to be returned for exchange or credit due to its altered state.

We have attempted to accurately depict the colors and details of the products offered on this website. However, because the color and product details you see is dependent on your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color and details that you see will be accurate. The product also may larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor some photographs have been large to show detail. Please refer to the detail description of the diamond, gold, platinum, and silver items in which you are interested in purchasing.
